Vessel Retrofits and Optimization
JCI specializes in retrofitting vessels to improve performance and resolve issues such as fouling, carry-over, and foaming, as well as to increase throughput. We offer a range of retrofits for inlet diverters, coalescing mist eliminators (including vane and mesh styles), and baffle plates (including perforated plates and wave breakers). Our expertise allows us to retrofit vessels without requiring any welding to the pressure envelope. Instead, we design new internals to be supported by existing internal projections or through the use of nozzle insertions and expansion rings.
