Here at JCI, we realize that not every client can use a stock, off the shelf solution. Nozzle connections may not be at the ideal location, or perhaps specifications require additional NDE or PWHT that is not included with a stock vessel. Typically, custom vessels require time for drawings and calculations, design registration, and long lead components, resulting in lead times that are just not fast enough to accommodate accelerated project schedules.

To better serve our clients and provide fast, customizable solutions for filtration and separation, JCI has developed our “Fast Track” vessel program. Using an intelligent registration process, JCI has maximized the flexibility of our filter and separator designs so that our clients can customize their vessel to suit their needs; nozzles can be added or removed, nozzle locations can be selected, additional NDE can be conducted, PWHT can be added, or specific paint systems can be utilized. Combined with an extensive material stocking strategy, the result is customized vessels in a fraction of the time. Any vessel shown with the clock icon in the photo is eligible.
