JCI Filtration & Separation (JCI) engineering and design staff will evaluate vessel designs and offer optimization and/or retrofit options for filtration and separator vessels.

JCI is experienced in retrofitting vessels to optimize performance, gaining more throughput or solving issues such as fouling, carry-over, foaming, etc.  We offer retrofits for inlet diverters, coalescing mist eliminators (vane and mesh style) and baffle plates (perforated plates, wave breakers, etc).  We have experience in retrofitting vessels without the need to perform any welding to the pressure envelop, meaning that we will design the new internals to be supported off of existing internal projections or through use of nozzle insertions and expansion rings.
